Point my Domain
-
I purchased a domain through wordpress.com before realizing that I needed to be on wordpress.org. One day after purchasing a plan from your company I contacted your support to cancel and refund my subscription. I specifically requested that I keep the Domain but she refunded me the entire amount, which gave my rights up to the domain. I shortly after contacted your support again to uncancel the domain purchase and wave the $26 fee for the domain due to my specific request not being met. He agreed to wave the domain fee and let me keep the domain. AWESOME customer service! I am having issues pointing the domain to a new nameserver though. Please help

Hello –
I’ve restored lake-lan.com to your user account.
If you want to point the name servers away from WordPress.com you would follow step #2 here: http://en.support.wordpress.com/map-existing-domain/
All of the support for WordPress.com is offered online.
I have closed your other thread https://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/how-do-i-get-ahold-of-customer-support-here?replies=1 so that we can keep all of our communication in one place and limit any confusion.
Please let me know if I can help you out with anything else :)
