Point my wordpress.com blog names to a wordpress.org blog

I pay for a premium theme which includes my custom domain. I would like send that domain and also the domain that comes with my free wordpress account to a new blog I have self hosted on WordPress.org. If I pay for site redirect will it send both names to the new site on .org? Before signing up for premium, I used to just pay a yearly fee for the custom name but am not seeing that choice anymore is that still available?
