Point our wordpress.com site to another .com site

  Hi,

  We want want to point our hydrateaminnorway.wordpress.com site to our hydrateam.no site.

  Thought that was as simple as going into Settings->General and changing the Site Address URL

  But when i go into Settings, i can’t find such an option.

  a) What do we need to do?
  b) What do we need to tell our hydrateam.no host so they accept the “point” ?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Do you simply want to redirect traffic from hydrateaminnorway.wordpress.com to hydrateam.no? Then just buy the Redirect upgrade.

  If you want to use the domain hydrateam.no as the web address of hydrateaminnorway.wordpress.com you need to buy the Domain Mapping upgrade following these instructions: https://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/map-existing-domain/

  I need to get the info that is up on hydrateaminnorway.wordpress.com to be visible on hydrateam.no — so when you click hydrateam.no, you see what we have created at hydrateaminnorway.wordpress.com

  that would be domain mapping?

  So i made the domain mapping (NS) changes clearly specified here https://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/map-existing-domain/

  and followed WP instructions for our WP Admin (redirecting to our .com)

  and the .com site goes back and forth (and back and forth) between the old and the new all day today… (yes have cleared caches)…. is that normal / will it stabilize, or is it indicative that i made a mistake somewhere?
