'pointed' my 123-reg domain to wordpress, but lost email. how to fix?

    Hi!

    I lost my previous thread somewhere :-(

    so my website is room4pr.com

    With 123-reg i have two email addresses which are linked with that site… (email visible only to moderators and staff) and (email visible only to moderators and staff)

    But since ‘pointing’ and sorting out the domain, i’ve now lost the usage of my emails.

    can anyone help me?

    Hello Hannah.

    To have the email working you will need to set DNS records to link your domain name to your email account with us. You will require the two MX records below:

    MX0.123-reg.co.uk.
    MX1.123-reg.co.uk.

    You will need to set these up from your Wrodpress account as the nameservers are with WordPress. I believe the guide linked above will help you to complete this step.

    This will enable your emails to work. If you need any further further with the 123-reg side of the domain name or emails I would be happy to help.
