Pointing a second domain to a separate page on my website

My primary domain is raymondgtaylor.com – I have just registered a second domain salathena.com – can I set up the second domain so it appears as a website in its own right?

Thanks for your reply. Does this mean I cannot use the same WordPress account to host two separate domains as if they were separate websites? If that is the case I need to look for another provider as I am not going to pay twice and past experience suggests it should be possible to host multiple sites from the same account. Thanks again for your earlier reply

You can host as many sites as you own under the same WordPress.com account. However, each upgrade is site-specific, so if you want two different domains on two sites, for example, you’ll need to purchase two separate domain subscriptions for each site.https://en.support.wordpress.com/register-domain/
