pointing doesn’t exist

  I have purchased business version of WP, downloaded astra as a theme and elementor When I try to set up launch my website using a starter site I get a message saying that the pointing doesn’t exist – what does this mean and how do I resolve this?

  Hi there,

  I see that you appear to have recently canceled and refunded the Business Plan that was on your account. You can see that we processed your refund here: https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing/

  The wpcomstaging.com address is one that is in use only on Business sites, so when you cancel the plan that link no longer works. Instead your site can be visited at it’s custom address here: https://humanable.co.uk/

  Is there a specific reason you are trying to access the old address at humanablecouk.wpcomstaging.com? Maybe it will help to understand what you had in mind there so we can get you pointed in the right direction.
