Hi there!
It appears your WordPress.com account @nicefoundation is set with the Contributor role, which does not have access to domains. Please ask the site owner, @jhgolinger, to log into their account and change your account role to Administrator. If the @jhgolinger account belongs to you, you will need to log into that account and change the role. Here’s how: https://wordpress.com/support/invite-people/#change-a-user-s-role
We can change the user role if we receive a reply from the @jhgolinger account on this thread.
Feel free to let us know if you have more questions.

Hi there,
Thank you for sharing this email from @jhgolinger. However, as per our policies, we cannot accept a pasted message as proof of account ownership or authorization to make changes to user roles. This is to ensure the security and integrity of all accounts on WordPress.com.
The best course of action here would be for the current site administrator, @jhgolinger, to recover access to their WordPress.com account. Once they have regained access, they can then elevate your account to an administrator role.
To do so, they can they can visit our account recovery page at https://wordpress.com/support/account-recovery/
We appreciate your understanding in this matter. If you or @jhgolinger have any further questions or need assistance during the account recovery process, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
