Pointing Domain to another host

    I am trying to point the domain volcanoschool.com to our new Wix site, but it is not connecting. I have followed all of the instructions. I am not sure if it may be that the contact email for the ICANN verification email is for the previous administrator. How can I verify this? Or if I delete the site, will that help?
