Pointing followers and traffic to new site

  I recently migrated my blog from WordPress.com to Managed WordPress on my domain mamacanilickthespoon.com. (1.) Is there any way to migrate my subscribers/followers? (2.) Is there any way to have the traffic automatically go to my new site when someone goes to my old blog?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
