pointing free "blank.wordpress.com" domain to self-hosted "blank.com" domain

  Can I point my free “blank.wordpress.com” domain to a self-hosted domain (“blank.com”) instead? I already circulated the link to my wordpress.com site but want new visitors to be directed instead to my self-hosted site. I thought I counld do this by going to Store>Domains, but didn’t see the Domain Administration that your support article told me to look for (http://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/domain-management/#update-nameservers).
