Pointing my domain from WordPress to SquareSpace

  My current domain is pointed to WordPress, but I have decided to use another service and need to point it to SquareSpace. My Domain host cannot change these settings since they are currently pointed to WordPress and I tried to follow and update the DNS settings manually, but it didn’t work. Please help.

  Your domain is not registered through wordpress.COM.

  It is registered through iPage, but is currently pointed to WordPress. iPage told me that they can’t make changes to where it points now that it is pointed to WordPress???

  that I would need to do that in WordPress??? Does that make sense?

  romiosoutfitters.com is not registered through WordPress.com, it is just mapped here. Domain Mapping is the upgrade you would purchase if you wanted to use a domain registered elsewhere (GoDaddy or 1and1 for example) with your WordPress.com site.

  You will need to talk to your domain registrar in order to change nameservers/DNS.
