Pointing my domain to my blog

    Hi,

    I have my domain registered with justhost.com. I need this domain to point to my blog at wordpress.com

    I followed the steps on wordpress and paid 13dollars for domain mapping and then changed the name servers in my blog to point to wordpress.

    However, it still doesnt work…

    When I chnaged setting in wordpress for primary domain to point to http://www.backpackingninja.com, it was doing the reverse … it was pointing my blog to the domain and not the other way around.

    Basically I need people who enter the domain name to be redirected to the blog.

    Can someone help?

    I think this could have been because you had only recently adjusted your justhost settings.

    Right now if I go to backpackingninja.com I’m forwarded to your wordpress.com address. I’ve adjusted the settings to make backpackingninja.com primary again, and now it shows your proper site here on our servers.

    If you aren’t seeing that, it’s that your computer or internet connection is still sending you to the old sever. Try shutting your computer down for 2 minutes to see if that will help it clear out the old settings.
