pointing my domain to weebly

  Hello, I have purchased my domain from you. I have built my website on Weebly.com. I need you to point my domain to the following IP:
  1. The root of my domain: 199.34.228.77
  2. www: 199.34.228.77

  This is done by changing my domain’s A-Records. I am not requesting that you transfer my domain, redirect my domain, or change my name servers. I want to remain with you as my domain registrar.

  ALSO NOTE: I tried to do this myself manually but the instructions on Weebly totally do not match the current design of WordPress so I probably just messed the whole thing up. Any help is very much appreciated!
