This site at http://fitmomrx.wordpress.com/ does not have any domain mapping in place. Specifically, what exactly are you trying to do?

Hi there,
To add your WordPress.com site as a subdomain on a different site, you need to add a CNAME record with your domain provider. The Name field of the CNAME should be whatever you want your subdomain to be, and it should point to your free WordPress.com address, fitmomrx.wordpress.com
You will also need to add a domain mapping upgrade to your site on this end to complete the process.
IP addresses are only used to map the root domain, not subdomains.

Thank you. I do have a CNAME record with my domain provider. I want to add the WordPress CNAME to that website. Is there a way to find out my WordPress CNAME to do that?

You don’t need a “wordpress cname”.
In your DNS settings for your domain, you need to add a cname. This is typicaly one word. For instance, a cname of ‘blog’, will create blog.yourdomain.com. The ‘value’ of the cname record in your DNS settings should be set to ‘smashleyrx.wordpress.com.’ (<-Note the leading . !) or wherever you with the cname to point to.
So, cname => location.
There’s nothing to change on the WordPress side.
Hope that helps.
