pointing subdomain to amazon web service

  hi,
  I have registered a domain that I bought from wordpress, then I wanted to create a new subdomain and forward my visitor to my another page at amazon web service,
  but I read in https://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/map-subdomain/
  I have to pay for it, does it apply in my case?

  Hi there,

  Since you want to point the subdomain to a different website (not a WordPress.com site) you don’t have to pay anything more for it. You can follow the steps in the section Pointing a subdomain of a domain registered with WordPress.com to an outside website to set that up.

  I can also help you with that process, if you’d like. If you tell me what subdomain you want to create and the address of the page where you want it to point, I can set that up for you.

  Thanks for your help,
  I’ve already follow the steps in the link.
  Now, I’m waiting for aws to recognizes my subdomain.
