Pointing the domain to a certain hosting IP

    I am the admin for globalprivatemusementwork.com which uses WordPress to create it and my domain was registered through 123 Reg. I have just amended my nameserver to 123 Reg for the purpose of editing my DNS entry to create an email under my domain (with the mail provider Zoho mail), but now my website is completely gone. What are the required setting that I will need in order that my website can be linked to the domain?
