Pointing to new domain

    We currently have a free site hosted by wordpress. I just purchased a new theme from churchthemes.com (wordpress) and set up hosting with Site Ground. I was told I need to point my domain to the new nameservers, but I can’t figure out how to do that. All I can find is an option to add a new DNS record, but this doesn’t seem to be what I need. Help!
