Pointing www.ja-nee.co.za to Shopify

    According to whois.com, the nameserver of the domain is resolving to wordpress.com. Afrihost hosts the domain, but to update the DNS, WordPress must change its settings. Please assist asap. I have been struggling with this issue for 2 weeks.

    Hi there:

    I’m not showing the same information for the DNS currently on our end: 

    ns.dns1.co.za
ns.dns2.co.za
ns.otherdns.com
ns.otherdns.net

    However, the whatsmydns.net site has mixed information (both the ones I listed above and WordPress.com’s): https://www.whatsmydns.net/#NS/ja-nee.co.za

    Before we proceed, I need some more information.

    1. What WordPress.com site are you trying to set this domain as the primary?
    2. When did you update the NS at Afrihost?

    Once we have that information, we’ll be better able to advise.
