Polish letter 'ę' in the body of the post

  So far there have never been any problems with Polish letters and suddenly, in the middle of writing, I can’t write Polish ‘ę’ in the body of the post.
  It happened while I was writing MOŻESZ POMÓC ZWIERZĘTOM! As far as I remember, the first two ‘ę’ went without any problem and now I can’t write the letter in any post (I’ve tried two so far). I can write the letter in the post title, in Mocrosoft Word documents, and many other applications but not in the body of a post.
