  Hi Gina,Thank tou for your message. The problem is that – according to the support article – you can use the “Add Poll icon above your editor while creating/editing a post or page.”. This icon does not appear.
  I went to the admin dashboard as suggested in the article. I could create the poll, but it does not show in my post.
  So, I'm a bit stuck.

  Hello,

  When you went to the WP Admin Dashboard and created the poll, did you copy the poll’s shortcode to add it to your post?

  This “WordPress Shortcode” should be right under the title of the poll (or alternatively, if you go to Polls, there is a list of your polls, hover your mouse on the one you want to embed to see “Embed & Link” and click on it to find the shortcode).

  Also, have you published your post with the embed poll?

  I hope we can figure this out together and you can get over feeling stuck. :)
