Poll Theme Changes not updating?

I modified a poll theme, to fit the new template. However, it isn’t updating. The width is still too big, how can I get the poll/site to accept my updates?
This seems to be very common :(

I do not know which poll theme or template you are referring to. Our wordpress.com blogs do not have FTP access, therefore, we cannot upload themes, plugins, etc. Here at wordpress.com we can only use these themes > Appearance > Themes and we cannot access, let alone, edit the underlying templates for our blogs. This is because all who are using the same theme are sharing the template on this multiuser blogging platform.
Do you mean that you want to resize a polldaddy poll widget? http://en.support.wordpress.com/polls/

The poll feature that is in the control panel.
To create, theme, etc.
I resized it. It still hasn’t resized correctly.
And the answers are rolling off the edge and not being confined to a certain width.
It is polldaddy’s widget I think.

The problem is, the answers themselves are too long. You need to either put a line break in there, shrink the font (not sure this can be done) or create polls with shorter options.

@azarith: If you select one of the ready made poll styles, the questions adapt to the width of the poll box, no matter how long they are; you just have to select the Narrow version, then click Save Poll. If you create and use a custom style, you must set a suitable width number in Choose a part to edit > Poll box, and the same number in Choose a part to edit > Answers.
