  I would be grateful if you could let me know how to include poll as such (http://www.kennysia.com/archives/2006/08/how_unmalaysian.php) in a post?

  Polls are not current supported as most of them are based on forms and those are removed due to security concerns here at WP.com.

  There has been some discussion of this in the past and a couple work arounds have been developed for those blogs hosted at WordPress.com that you might want to try.
