  If you would like to center your PollDaddy poll, simply add a few tags to the HTML of your post or page:

  <div align="center">[polldaddy poll=1008872]</div>

  Yes, the <div> tag is the secret to alignment. Plus, you can add your own background color as well in the <div> section, if you wish to do so.

  There are many different formats. Choose one of the thinner ones towards the end, and it should fit in your sidebar.

  Oh, thanks for the help on centering! And your own background colors too…WOOT. But (and I feel totally stupid here, technotard), what is the <div> tag? not how do I put it in, but what does it stand for and what is it used for?

  I had tried to center my polldaddy with the <p> tag…didn’t work.
