Polldaddy Survey not displaying properly on some screens

  Hi,
  I’ve inserted a Polldaddy survey into a recent post:

  Most of my readers can see it fine, but I’ve had one follower report that she can’t see the poll at all. She has sent me a screenshot of her screen and neither the poll nor the shortcode is showing.
  What can I advise her?

  Hi Jo, to help troubleshoot this issue, could you please ask your reader what browser and version she’s using? If she’s not sure, she can visit this link – http://supportdetails.com/ – and copy-paste what it says under Web Browser.

  Also, is she on a PC, Mac, or some type of mobile device, such as an iPad?

  Some troubleshooting steps she can take are:

  – try a different browser and see if the poll displays
  – try turning off all her browser extensions/add-ons and see if the poll displays – I can provide instructions on how to do this depending on what browser she uses

  Hi Kathryn,
  Thank you – I have copied that message to my follower.
  From her screenshot, the fonts did not seem to be displaying on her screen as they do on mine. She may contact you direct or she may reply via myself – if so I’ll be in touch again.

  Hi again Kathryn, Just had this reply:
  “I use Chrome primarily, but I just looked at the blog entry using Internet Explorer 8 and see the same thing I do in Chrome. I’m on my desktop computer here at work. I don’t have any browser extensions or add-ons with this computer.”
  Any ideas?

  Hi there, I’ve checked the post in both Chrome and IE8 and the poll is displaying OK in both places.

  Your reader may want to find out if her office blocks any type of content network-wide. Is she able to see the poll on a computer at home?
