PollDaddy SURVEYs?

  Does wordpress support PollDaddy SURVEYS? I know it supports POLLS but I need to do a Survey and I’m having trouble getting it to work. The survey does not show up on the list of polls when I click the radio button.

  I am trying to survey at the end of each of 26 chapters for a book in pre-release. Any ideas would be helpful.
