  I’m not quite sure I understand the request. Can you share more details? We don’t allow any automated collection of personal details – is that what you are trying to set up? It’d be great if you can link is to another example.

  I want a website that enables views of participants voting in favor or against a recall of elected union representatives. The ones that are in favor I want to email them a recall form have them fill it out and scan it back to me
