  Hi there, any accounts with us will likely be different from accounts you set up with your own copy of the WordPress code. If you’re getting blocked at this point, you may need to contact your host for help getting removed from any firewall they have. Then, your host may be able to help you make backups and use one of these recovery options. Several don’t require access to wp-admin or email, just your hosting tools.
