  Yes, but i dont have a option for add poll, in : new page/new post.

  Are you sure monoshki.wordpress.com is the website you are having trouble with?

  Yes, but i dont have the option to post a poll in a new page/blog.

  Do i need to install a plugin for that?

  Have a look at this temporary screnshot. Can you find the same button on your post editor?
