Polylang not translating Lodestar panels

    I am using the Lodestar Theme and downloaded the Polylang plugin to translate my website but am unable to translate the theme panels on the homepage. Only the static page and string translations are working.
    I have tried using the Twenty Seventeen theme to see if there was an issue with the theme but Polylang also does not translate the home page panels. I am very confused and would like to know whether or not I have to choose a different theme or if Polylang just simply isn’t capable.
