Poor customer service from WordPress

WordPress on their own changed my site name to customerservicenow.org.
THAT SITE CUSTOMERSERVICENOW.ORG IS NOT WHAT I ORDERED!!! YOU CHANGED IT WITHOUT MY PERMISSION this has been going on for over a week now!!!!!!!
I ordered customerservicenow.com and I paid $18 for it. Instead, you gave me customerservicenow.wordpress.com.
I WANT WHAT I ORDERED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THIS IS FRAUD. I will generate a host of bad reviews unless you respond with a sincere offer to resolve my problem Friday.
This is THE worst cuistomer service I have ever received. This includes GoDaddy!

I can no longer begin to tell you how dissatisfied I am with this company. I have been clear with my complaint. Your last person apparently could not read or did not understand the language. So before I reject payment on the credit card I give you three days to call me and resolve this at 586-350-8564.

In another thread the staff offered you a refund several days ago on the domain name you purchased and explained in small words that customerservicenow.com has been registered since 2000 so there is no way you can have that domain name unless you buy it from the people that own it. You never accepted the refund offer
Quite simple –
also most registrar systems will offer you a variation on the extension if the one you requested is already taken – so you probably clicked on the .org option in error

WordPress continues to fraudulently make claims. I do not make this up and I only wanted what I paid for. If you cant do that, I want a full explanation of all of the problems you have created.

I did not click in error. WordPress changed the name. I charge that WordPress wanted it or wanted to give it to someone else.

There is no chnage in story. We can all read exactly what happened in every thread you post here. You cannot purchase domain that someone else has owned since 2000. https://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/paid-premium-18-to-get-a-name-and-did-not-get-it-correctly?replies=4#post-132666
As this is a public forum and thread are indexed by Google and are indexed and remain in the caches for years to come I strongly suggest you stop shooting yourself in the foot. Anyone who searches Google will find these threads and witness your ridiculous allegations.
