Poor support

    My premium site is unable to activate any theme, including Twenty Twenty Four, Twenty Twenty One or Lovecraft. It returns the same ‘unable to activate theme’ error for all themes.

    Jetpack Forms works but Plugins are not available which is normal Premium. It appears my site is stuck in a broken or locked theme state, possibly using Classic architecture.

    Please reset the theme system for my site or convert it to block theme architecture so I can activate normally.

    I’m getting no help at all!
