Poor video quality

  Hello! I have embedded a video into my blog and the quality is horrible. I paid for the upgrade so that I could easily embed videos, and now it just looks terrible. Is there a way I can fix this?

  Hello there,
  I used Firefox 8 and viewed part of the video and the quality was fine.
  Which browser and which version of it are you using?
  These days browsers have very aggressive caching and we must frequently clear our browser cache and cookies. Have you done that?
  Is your browser version up to date? You can upgrade any browser version here. http://browsehappy.com/
  Do you have another browser you can try?
  How are you connecting to the internet and to WordPress.com? The way you connect to the internet (mobile, satellite, DSL, dial-up) and to your blog, and how many proxy server jumps etc. it takes to connect can cause problems. There maybe be problems with your ISP and/or with the proxy servers. Are you using http:// or https:// see http://en.support.wordpress.com/https/

  Hello!

  I am using safari, my friend had internet explorer, my fiance had firefox. They all look the same, which is quite blurry and pixilated compared to the original file made on the computer. The movie runs and the correct speed but the actual picture is fuzzy and blurry, whereas when it runs on my computer it is very clear and crisp.

  I used both Firefox 8 and IE 8 and saw what I consider to be a clear display. There was no pixilation at all, but if you would like to contact Staff you can do that.
