Poor Video Quality

  I upgraded my wordpress account so that I could easily embed videos. I uploaded my video the quality is horrible. Is there something I can do to fix this?

  It looks like both save-the-date1.mov and save-the-date2.m4v are quite good, especially when viewed in HD.

  As for the other, it looks like the source file was pretty poor quality.
