poor wordpress support

I’m trying to resolve a problem and my question, with personal info, went out to the community forum. I keep trying to get help and I’m always redirected to the forum. I paid for the site. I expected more professionalism and help with my issue.

I’ve always found WordPress.com support to be excellent particularly as this forum exists to assist people with free sites. If you log out of this account with the free site and log in to your other account where you paid for an upgrade then you’ll have access to email (if you have a Personal plan) or Livechat support (if you have a Premium plan) with staff. Bear in mind that less staff are available at the weekends.

Whoops I meant to say there is email support with a Blogger plan and Livechat support Monday to Friday if you have a Personal or Premium plan. Alas Livechat is only available at the weekend if you have a Business plan.
