  Hello,
  I am trying to put a pop-up form on my homepage and everytime I put it in my widgets, the HTML crashes and the pop-up won’t show… I dont know why because the first time I’ve done it, it worked perfectly…

  Hello there! I just checked your site and a pop up form appears for me. This is what I see It did not appear instantly but it did show up after a moment or two.

  @liajadeash Hi there, just to be clear, your site at.liajade.net is using the standalone WP software and is hosted by o2 Switch SARL and not here at WordPressdotcom.

  Standalone WP (org) and WordPressdotcom (where we are) are different entities with separate documentation and support forums; more information about the differences can be found here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  You can find all the support information for sites using the WP (org) software at https://codex.wordpress.org/Main_Page and at https://wordpress.org/support/ If you don’t have a username on the ORG forums, you can register one on that page.
