  I am helping a friend with her site. There is a pop up immediately when arriving at her site. I can’t find where the source of this is to disable it. Any suggestions?

  Hi there,

  Are you speaking of https://kimberlyabrandt.com/? Your site is not hosted on WordPress.com, but using the open source WordPress.org software at another hosting provider.

  Based on the source code for that form I can see in my browser, that form is coming from Flodesk, and based on their support page at https://help.flodesk.com/en/articles/3200763-how-to-add-an-opt-in-form-to-your-website you would have added that using custom HTML code you pasted somewhere in your website. But as your site is not hosted here, I have no access to the dashboard to check for you where that might be.
