pop up at bottom of window

how can i remove my blog title and worpress link that pops up at the bottom of the window when i scroll down while viewing my blog?

but it’s in the way and not appropriate.that info was always at the bottom of the page, that makes more sence,not as pushy.

It is still at the bottom of the page, but as you have Infinite Scroll enabled and there is technically no “bottom,” it appears in a slightly transparent fashion once you scroll past the seventh post.
