Pop up bar just started showing up with theme and blog name on footer of my blog

After I posted this morning I suddenly find a pop up bar showing up as I scroll down showing what theme I’m using and the blog name – why is this??
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

What you are seeing is the result of Staff introducing “infinite scroll” to some themes and will be implementing it on all themes that have a suitable structure for infinite scroll. https://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/to-infinity?replies=137
