  My blog is http://www.visvitality.ca Could someone please direct me to a how-to-guide or explain to me how I can set up an email capturing pop-up bar for my blog and how to insert the autoresponder code from Constant Contact. Thank you so much!

  Hi I’m not sure why there is a line that says the blog is visvitality.wordpress.com because it isnt.

  The correct address is http://www.visvitality.ca.
