Pop-up error

Hello everyone
I have a problem with error saying ‘The site is experiencing technical difficulties. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.’ when I am in the Administration Panel.
Sometimes it pops up, sometimes not. I do not know what to do with it. I tried to disable each plugin but it did not work for me.
I’m trying to build a shop using WooCommerce and Flatsome theme.

Sorry, this isn’t the right support forum. You need help for a WordPress powered site, not a site hosted at WordPress.com. WordPress.com and WordPress.org are a little separate, and that can be confusing.
You’ll want to use the forums at https://wordpress.org/support/ for any support on managing your site. Hope that helps to point you in the right direction!
