  I want to know how to install a pop-up form so I can create a List for my blog please. I’ve downloaded a plugin to my computer but I don’t know what to do with it. Can you please help/clarify how to do this? Kindest Regards, Alicia

  Unfortunately, plugins are not permitted here at WordPress.com. You can only install plugins on a self-hosted WordPress site.
