Pop up form in WordPress not working

  Trying to utilize the pop up widget for mail chimp. I have created the form, copied the code and pasted it. Nothing works.
  I placed it into different locations (footer, sidebar, etc) still no pop up.
  I also changed what triggers the form to pop up.. nothing

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Yes i followed those instructions and couldnt get it to work.

  For the record.. the site is actually http://www.crholdinggroup.com

  Your website is hosted by BlueHost. The support document that you were following is for widgets on blogs/websites hosted by WordPress.com. You may need to use a MailChimp plugin. You can look here: https://wordpress.org/plugins/search/mailchimp+popup/

  I’m afraid, you might not get much help from here. This forum is for users with websites hosted by WordPress.COM.
