Pop up image when a link is clicked

  Hello,
  Can anybody help me how to make an image popped up when a link is clicked?
  Is it somekind of landing page or how? I have no idea how to make it.
  Please advise.

  Well for that specific functionality , I think you need to take help from JavaScript, and probably JS is not supported here in wordpress.com.
