Pop up Maker

    I went to pop add a pop up feature in my WP site. There was a notice, stating popups plugin is discontinued and for me to download WP Popus. I did. I even installed winzip because I could not advance past that point. After all this, I still don’t see the WP Popups option under the popups tab in my WP dashboard. Please help. I just want to make one lousy pop up ad for the home page of my site. Thank you very much.
