Pop-up message with mouth over image (like on bing.com)

  Hi,
  On BING.COM when you look at the image and move around with your mouth, it shows different messages (usually 3-4). Is there way to do similar effect with wordpress.com sites? Thanks!

  I looked at bing.com and I found they’re doing that with Javascript. WordPress.com does not allow you to add Javascript, and so you can’t add that mouseover effect on WordPress.com sites.
