Pop-up pages when hovering

I’m afraid I’m not sure what the technical name is for these, so can’t search the archives. A couple of days ago, when my mouse hovered over my links, I got a small picture of the latest posts or webpages. It was great, but I didn’t know if I’d done anything to cause it. It’s gone now and I’d like it back. Can anyone advise, please?

They are called M-shots and wordpress seems to still be working on them and they seem very come-and-go for the past several weeks. They are activated/deactivated at appearance > extras in your dashboard.
All I can suggest, if they are still “on” is to contact staff at http://support.wordpress.com/contact/ .

Thank you! I had a look and I do have them activated, but nothing’s happening. I’m hoping they’ll come back permanently soon, as I found them very useful!
