Pop-up photo gallery not working on Blog

  Hi all!
  I’m quite new to wordpress but loving it so far. However, the photos on my blog use to pop up to a be the bigger size on screen against a black background, now when you click on a photo it goes to a whole new page to show you the pic.
  I checked my settings for media and it’s set to the black background and picture pop-up even though this isn’t the case.
  Perhaps someone would know what I missed/did wrong here?

  Looking at your site in Chrome27 the Photo Carousel appears when I click on any Gallery image.
