pop up says cannot connect to the real href.li

    when i visit my blog Quick Heal Anti virus Pro pop out says ”website you are visiting may be harmful” !!
    when i try to connect to wordpress reader, chrome pop up says ”cannot connect to the real href.li – and that something is interfering with your secure connection to href.li
    this has started happening after i installed a new anti virus pro – help
