  Hi, How do I add a pop up sign up box to the home page / blog pages after visitors start to scroll?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi,

  The primary options for providing visitors the opportunity to subscribe to your site, or to sign up to receive newsletters, are identified in the Subscriptions and Newsletters support page. However, none of the options includes a “pop up sign up box.”

  The only pop up form available for WordPress.com sites that I’m aware of is described in the MailChimp support page, under the section The Subscriber Popup Form.

  Yep, the MailChimp widget would be the best tool to use in this case.
