Pop-Up spam on my blog

As with other users, I am getting sylvans.cricket spam pop-ups.
The message displays, says you’ve been selected to test a new phone and directs you to click the ‘ok’ button to proceed. There is no option to close the advert or proceed to the blog / post.
I saw it this afternoon when I tried to log onto my own site mysinglesummer.wordpress.com to get a link for my latest post to tweet.
I was logging on with my iphone.thanks in advance for any help or advice.

Have you seen other threads or talked to other users who have dealt with this issue? I searched our system and didn’t any report of this by any other user.
Can you possibly create a screenshot so that I can see what you’re seeing? I do not see that pop up and it sounds like malware that is exclusive to your computer/browser.

Thanks for coming back to me on this. Yes I did a google search for ‘Sylvans,cricket spam?’ and found a thread with other users having had the same.
